Hi, my name is Jemaell Rodney. I was born into a dog-loving family in 1991. My dad was a dog breeder/trainer at the time, so once I was old enough, I would meet new puppies at least twice a year. Eventually, he would even let me assist if the expecting mom needed help with her delivery.
That always made my night as a child and became the catalyst to pursuing the career I've grown so passionate about. At the age of 21, I started dog walking in NYC, implementing my newly obtained skillset.
Walking and training pups of all sizes became second nature and helped me create a community of supporters. The bond created with pups I am fortunate enough to work with only strengthens my passion for the business. With the assistance of my brother, a few of my closest friends and newly trained employees, I have been able to expand and grow GreatWoof NYC and am forever grateful for the opportunity to do so.
